About the work described here

Permitting and inspection work depends on the authority reviewing it. We prepare, submit, track, and push the work forward, and we do that diligently, but no one can promise that a permit will be approved or that it will be approved by a certain date. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of an outcome or a timeline.

Nothing here is legal, engineering, design, or financial advice, and reading this site does not create a professional or agency relationship between us.

Notary services

Notary work is performed in the capacity of a Florida notary public. A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. A notary who is not an attorney may not give legal advice, choose a document for you, or tell you how to complete one.

Remote online notarization is available for signers who are eligible and who can meet the identity and technology requirements of the approved platform. Eligibility is decided case by case, and some documents and some situations cannot be handled online.

Your side of it

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it to send anything unlawful. Information you give us should be accurate, because the work depends on it.

What belongs to whom

The text, images, films, logo, and design on this site belong to Zella Grace Consulting LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy or republish them without asking first.
