This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It describes this site specifically, not a general template. ZG Consulting is the trading name of Zella Grace Consulting LLC, which operates this site.

The short version

This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. Nothing you type into it is stored here or sent to us automatically.

The contact form

The form on this site does not submit to a server. What you type stays in your browser until you press the button, and pressing it opens a new message in your own email program with the details filled in. Nothing leaves your device unless you send that message yourself, and nothing is written down on this site either way.

Once you send it, the message arrives in our business mailbox like any other email. If you include a phone number it is because you typed it into that draft. We use what you send to answer you and to do the work you ask about. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, loads no third party scripts, and uses no analytics service. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from an outside provider, so visiting a page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Hosting records

The site is served by a hosting company, and like all web hosts theirs keeps routine server logs that can include the requesting network address, the page requested, and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build any profile of you.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults, and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not send us a child’s personal information.

Your email, and removing it

If you have emailed or texted us and you want to know what we still have, or you want it deleted, write to zellagraceconsulting@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what is in the mailbox and delete what we are not required to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
